How we work

We provide a confidential and non-judgmental space in which you can discuss your concerns, and we can discuss the best way to help you.

We provide psychoanalytic therapy, which can assist in several ways. This approach can involve working through the problems that you are experiencing, as well as assisting you to overcome what gets in the way of you pursuing what you want in your life. It can also be a way of finding new ways of relating to yourself and others. This can open up new possibilities in your life, such as how you feel about yourself and your relationships with others. Our approach is to work with you at your pace as your therapy unfolds over time.

In addition to therapeutic work, we also provide supervision to health professionals undertaking clinical work. This includes supervision for the registrar program in clinical psychology.
